Day Trip Bali is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Boat Manager to join our premier marine hospitality team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily boat operations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring our vessels meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
As an Assistant Boat Manager, you will work closely with the management team and crew to maintain flawless trip schedules and ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Boat Manager in coordinating daily vessel schedules, guest boardings, and crew assignments.
- Supervise onboard crew to ensure strict compliance with maritime safety protocols and hospitality standards.
- Conduct rigorous daily inspections to maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene across all fleet vessels.
- Oversee routine boat maintenance schedules and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of boat supplies, emergency equipment, and food and beverage provisions.
- Maintain a firm and professional leadership presence to ensure high performance and discipline among deckhands.
- Resolve on-site guest inquiries or operational disruptions quickly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in marine operations, boat management, or maritime tourism is highly preferred.
- Strong, authoritative leadership style with excellent team coordination skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness, order, and organization.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage for communicating with international guests.
- Basic knowledge of marine safety procedures, first aid, and minor vessel troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor marine environments.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays in line with tour bookings.
