Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive branch sales and market expansion.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for head office.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve peak performance and professional growth.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock control procedures effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of the retail business landscape in Gorontalo.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to management.
