AmBank Group is seeking a dynamic Assistant Branch Manager to join our Sarawak operations and drive branch excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee daily branch operations while supporting the Branch Manager in achieving strategic goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including cash management, transaction processing, and service delivery
- Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement strategies for branch growth, customer acquisition, and retention
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols
- Analyze branch performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Train and mentor branch staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branch activities with organizational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience with 1+ years in supervisory/management role
- Proven track record in sales targets achievement and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and performance management
- Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in banking software systems and Microsoft Office applications
