Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Branch Manager in daily store operations, staff scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff training and coaching
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback resolution
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and performance analytics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Basic financial literacy and sales performance analysis capabilities
- Experience in baby product retail is highly advantageous
