Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring all processes align with Erjayas and XPeng corporate standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly KPI targets.
- Ensure efficient workflow in sales, service, and delivery operations to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries and resolving complex issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and operational improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company compliance policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management or a similar supervisory role within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Passion for the electric vehicle industry and sustainability is a plus.
