As an Assistant Branch Supervisor, you will support the Branch Manager in daily outlet operations, ranging from team leadership and inventory management to ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
  • Supervise and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain consistent service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and conduct regular audits to minimize waste.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with company and health regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling and assist with training programs for new employees.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and perform basic administrative tasks related to outlet performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent command of Malay and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Possess a proactive, "hands-on" leadership style and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Understanding of Japanese culinary culture or Yakiniku service styles is highly desirable.
