Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure seamless service.
- Supervise floor staff to ensure compliance with company standards and customer service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain fresh stock.
- Maintain a disciplined, professional, and smoke-free environment during all shift hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues with a professional demeanor.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manage workflows to maximize efficiency during peak hours.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed by all team members.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the food and beverage/hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- High level of professional integrity; strictly no smoking during working hours.
- Must be fully focused on operational tasks; mobile phones are to be kept away during working hours.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management software is a plus.
