Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily floor operations during assigned shifts to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks to service and kitchen staff, ensuring all operational checklists are completed.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, specials, and operational updates to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the shift.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-shift reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment that motivates staff to deliver excellent service.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic restaurant administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Food Safety is a plus.
