Tanggung Jawab
- Support Building Manager in daily operations of apartment, hotel, and commercial properties
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs across building systems
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility maintenance
- Implement safety and security protocols for all property areas
- Monitor building performance metrics and report operational issues
- Assist in tenant communication and service request resolution
- Support budget tracking for operational expenses
- Conduct regular property inspections and compliance audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in building operations or property management
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Certification in facility management preferred (CFM, BOMA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
