Are you a proactive facilities professional looking to advance your career with a leading property management firm? CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Building Manager / Building Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) team in the East Region of Singapore.
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring that the assigned building(s) are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing daily facility operations, coordinating with term contractors, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies to enhance asset value.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) at assigned building(s).
- Supervise and monitor the performance of term contractors and specialist vendors to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure building safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Manage operational budgets and assist in the procurement process for building-related services or repairs.
- Handle tenant feedback and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reporting on building performance, maintenance status, and expenditure to management.
- Coordinate and oversee minor works and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building management, property management, or facilities operations.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, fire safety codes, and workplace safety (WSHA) guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
