Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends and high-value investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Perform detailed financial and technical feasibility studies for potential land acquisition projects.
- Actively scout for new land sites and evaluate their development potential based on zoning and market demand.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners for joint venture opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare compelling project proposals and business cases.
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain an updated database of land banks and property developments.
- Support the Business Development Manager in drafting and negotiating preliminary commercial terms for acquisitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, property consultancy, or land acquisition.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in conducting property feasibility and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Kuala Lumpur property market dynamics and local regulatory frameworks.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a results-driven environment.
