This role is specifically designed for an expert familiar with the REDAS Design & Build framework and Conditions of Contract (CoC).

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and property development sector.
- Lead the tendering process, ensuring strict adherence to REDAS Design & Build Conditions of Contract (CoC).
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
- Provide expert technical advice on project feasibility, costing, and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with client requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and project presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in construction industry sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Quantity Surveying (QS) consultancy role.
- Deep familiarity with REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract (CoC).
- Strong understanding of the Singapore construction market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
