We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end purchasing process for industrial displays, panel PCs, and electronic components. You will collaborate closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining high quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing industrial displays, panel PCs, and electronic components from approved suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials in alignment with production schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery or quality issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Support cost negotiation and contract management to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages.
- Prepare procurement reports, track order status, and update purchasing databases.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure specifications and requirements are met.
- Assist in evaluating new suppliers and conducting market research for alternative components.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in electronics or industrial components.
- Familiarity with industrial displays, panel PCs, and electronic components is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
