Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily campus operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
- Act as the primary Fire Safety Manager (FSM), ensuring the campus remains in full compliance with SCDF regulations and safety protocols.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of integrated facilities management (IFM) vendors and specialized contractors.
- Manage operational budgets, including tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance programs and manage reactive repair works across all campus buildings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive safety audits to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
- Liaise with internal departments and external government agencies for licensing, permits, and statutory inspections.
- Assist in campus enhancement projects and space planning initiatives to optimize site utility and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is highly preferred and advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in campus, school, or large-scale commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and local building maintenance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proven track record in vendor management and the ability to negotiate service-level agreements effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical facility issues.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-playing work environment.
