As an Assistant Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. We are looking for an individual who thrives on teamwork, maintains high standards of food safety, and is eager to contribute to menu innovation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily food preparation and execution of menu items.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with the ordering and receiving of kitchen supplies.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to customers.
  • Support the team during peak hours, maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.
  • Participate in kitchen training and contribute ideas for seasonal menu changes.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
  • Valid food hygiene certification is preferred.
