Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and production of daily menus.
- Ensure all food preparation meets strict health and safety standards (HACCP).
- Perform high-quality ingredient preparation (mise en place), including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting stock needs.
- Execute plating techniques consistently according to established culinary standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or formal culinary training (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
