- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about ingredients, and offer professional menu recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Perform opening, running, and closing side work to ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; hospitality background is preferred.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment is a distinct advantage.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude toward working in a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under pressure during peak service hours.
