- Assist senior chemists in conducting laboratory experiments and product trials
- Perform quality control and quality assurance tests on raw materials and finished products
- Prepare detailed laboratory reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Support production processes with on-site chemical analysis and troubleshooting
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisory chemists
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments
- Familiarity with quality control/assurance procedures and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in experimental work
- Commitment to safety protocols and laboratory best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report preparation
