Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Support the Finance Controller in budget preparation, forecasting, and expense management.
- Lead and mentor the accounting department team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monitor hotel assets.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA/CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or a similar hospitality finance role.
- Strong proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, SunSystems).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
