Are you a seasoned security professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic leisure environment? Bali Ocean Magic is seeking a highly capable Assistant Chief Security to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property within our exciting waterpark.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can maintain a secure atmosphere while ensuring a positive guest experience. You will oversee security operations, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with management to mitigate risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of security personnel, conducting regular briefings and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular patrols of the waterpark premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks or hazards.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours to ensure orderly operations and guest safety.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required to maintain a secure environment.
- Prepare and submit detailed security reports and incident logs to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a security team.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Crisis management training and certification (e.g., Fire Safety, First Aid, CPR) is highly desirable.
- Valid Security License or relevant certifications.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
