Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of all assets and personnel.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems and access control terminals to identify and prevent security breaches.
- Verify the identity of visitors and issue temporary passes or access badges as required.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, fire alarms, and medical incidents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs at the end of each shift.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety regulations and visitor conduct.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Security Guard License (SIMA) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in security operations or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties outdoors.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Calm demeanor and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
