Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into alleged misconduct, fraud, or criminal activity.
- Gather, preserve, and analyze physical and digital evidence to support findings.
- Interview witnesses, victims, and suspects to obtain relevant and accurate information.
- Prepare comprehensive, detailed written reports for management and legal review.
- Perform surveillance operations and monitor locations as required by the investigation.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external bodies when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines throughout the process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Special Investigator or in a similar investigative capacity.
- Valid Special Investigator License or government accreditation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work irregular hours or overtime.
- High integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
