Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high service standards and consistent professional growth.
- Manage inventory, beverage cost control, and supply orders to meet financial targets.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing promotional activities to increase restaurant revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with corporate and local regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely communication and efficient table service.
- Generate periodic reports on operational performance, staffing levels, and sales metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within an upscale Chinese dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and fine dining service protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction and managing operational costs.
