- Monitor and control high-pressure boiler operations to maintain optimal steam production
- Oversee steam turbine performance and auxiliary equipment functionality
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and potential system inefficiencies
- Respond to alarms and deviations using standard operating procedures
- Document operational parameters and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams during equipment shutdowns/startups
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical field
- Basic knowledge of power generation systems or industrial machinery
- Ability to interpret control room instrumentation and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Effective communication skills for shift handovers
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/holidays
- Relevant certification in industrial operations preferred
