Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and chop ingredients, vegetables, and meats according to standard recipes and meal plans.
- Assist the Head Chef in cooking and plating dishes to ensure visual appeal and taste consistency.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, equipment, and workspaces are cleaned and sanitized following health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of food supplies and report shortages to management.
- Follow recipes and portion controls strictly to minimize waste and maximize cost-efficiency.
- Assist in setting up kitchen stations for daily operations and break down stations at the end of the shift.
- Support the team during service rushes to ensure timely food delivery to customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in culinary arts is preferred.
- Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
