- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and the hotel’s quality guidelines.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure timely service by coordinating effectively with the serving and front-of-house teams during peak hours.
- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure freshness and safety.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a hotel or restaurant environment.
