Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive sales targets and KPI achievement within the assigned territory of Kota Bharu.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Execute effective trade marketing and merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and shelf share.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability at retail outlets.
  • Train and support field sales teams to ensure professional standards and brand consistency.
  • Provide regular reporting on market performance, competitive activities, and customer feedback to regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or customer development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Resilient, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Fluency in English and Malay is essential.
