Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome members and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about gym facilities and membership plans.
- Assist with the registration and renewal of gym memberships, ensuring all data is entered accurately into our CRM system.
- Process membership fees and payments efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain and update member records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Handle member complaints and escalations professionally, aiming for quick resolutions.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, and inventory management for retail products.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for health and fitness is a definite advantage.
