Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Process orders and manage customer accounts with accuracy
- Resolve product-related complaints and coordinate with production teams
- Update customer databases and maintain detailed interaction records
- Collaborate with sales department to enhance customer experiences
- Prepare daily performance reports and customer feedback summaries
- Assist in developing customer service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced printing production environment
- Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
