Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to clients' locations for in-person payment collections
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve overdue account issues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client communications
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex payment disputes
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulations
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate potential issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
