- Support daily operations by collecting and analyzing data from manufacturing systems.
- Maintain and monitor plant network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage and support digital transformation (DX) and automation systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to develop reports and workflows.
- Assist in data quality improvement and data validation tasks.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize data flow and system integration.
- Provide analytical support for continuous improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of network connectivity, automation systems, and industrial data protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
