Join Regalis Capital as an Assistant Deal Manager and become the engine driving our real estate transactions forward. In this remote role, you'll orchestrate the entire deal pipelineāfrom initial lead to closingāensuring seamless operations through CRM management, SLA enforcement, and proactive broker/seller communication. Your expertise will keep deals moving efficiently while maintaining compliance and transparency across all stakeholder interactions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integral to our dynamic sales ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end deal pipeline lifecycle using CRM systems
- Enforce SLAs to ensure timely deal execution and compliance
- Facilitate communication between brokers, sellers, and internal teams
- Monitor deal progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Generate performance reports and pipeline analytics
- Coordinate with legal/finance teams for documentation
- Implement process improvements for deal efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years in sales operations, deal management, or CRM roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience working remotely with self-discipline
- Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset
