Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models to predict customer requirements and market trends
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers and recommend optimization strategies
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics including forecast accuracy and service levels
- Generate and present regular planning reports to stakeholders using MS Office tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand/supply planning or supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems for data management and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with focus on accuracy in planning and forecasting
