Tanggung Jawab
- Assist department manager in daily plantation operations planning and execution
- Supervise field workers and ensure compliance with agricultural standards
- Monitor crop health and implement pest/disease control measures
- Coordinate logistics for planting, harvesting, and processing activities
- Maintain accurate records of yield, inventory, and workforce performance
- Collaborate with agronomy teams to optimize cultivation techniques
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in plantation or agricultural operations
- Strong understanding of crop management and sustainable farming practices
- Ability to work independently in remote locations with limited urban amenities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within plantation areas
- Physical fitness required for fieldwork in tropical conditions
