Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or healthcare innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams, with a strong focus on talent development.
- Proven track record of leading complex digital and AI projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and digital health standards.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
