In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the AI Venture Lab's operations, ensuring that our research translates into tangible impact for the global business community. You will lead a dynamic team, manage complex budgets, and foster an environment of innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of the AI Venture Lab, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and research support staff.
- Manage project lifecycles, from conception through execution, for various AI-driven research initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, startups, and faculty to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Streamline internal processes and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, project management, or venture operations.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a university, research institute, or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and the venture creation process.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required.
