- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Utilize strong business acumen to gauge implications of project decisions and ensure strategic alignment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on business operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports.
- Implement best practices for project management methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager within a corporate environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into project requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Relevant PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
