- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the maritime sector
- Manage SEO/SEM campaigns and optimize website performance for shipping industry keywords
- Coordinate content creation for digital platforms including social media and email marketing
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics to refine targeting and improve ROI
- Collaborate with shipboard teams to integrate digital solutions into operational workflows
- Monitor competitor digital activities and identify market opportunities
- Implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital management or marketing roles
- Proven shipboard experience or maritime industry knowledge required
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and social media algorithms
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation software
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
