Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, implement, and supervise major infrastructure development projects in alignment with the Greater Sentosa Master Plan
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and partners to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control measures to ensure construction excellence
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or budget overruns
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects in the property or infrastructure sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
