MTFA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director, Corporate Services to lead our corporate services division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management, property maintenance, health and safety compliance, and operational support services across our homes and service centres in the East Region.

You will develop and implement strategic plans for facility upgrades, maintenance schedules, and efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Your leadership will drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all MTFA properties, supporting our mission to provide quality care and services to the community.

Key responsibilities include managing capital projects, leading the corporate services team, coordinating with external vendors and contractors, budget planning and monitoring, and ensuring seamless operations that support our frontline care services.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management and property maintenance across multiple sites
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness protocols
  • Lead and manage the corporate services team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
  • Plan and monitor departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control expenditures
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies for maintenance and improvement projects
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards
  • Support the senior leadership team in strategic decision-making and operational planning

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management or corporate services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore health and safety regulations and building codes
  • Proven track record in budget management, project management, and vendor coordination
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in the social services, healthcare, or government sector is advantageous
