- Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Databricks Lakehouse for healthcare analytics platforms
- Establish comprehensive data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PDPA)
- Lead integration of diverse healthcare data sources including EHRs, imaging systems, and IoT devices
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time analytics and machine learning model deployment
- Develop data quality standards and monitoring systems for clinical and operational datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive innovation in data security protocols and privacy-preserving analytics techniques
- Mentor data engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in data architecture with 3+ years in healthcare sector
- Expertise in Databricks Lakehouse implementation and optimization
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certifications in data architecture (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Databricks Certified) highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
