- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure sustainable funding for key healthcare programs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundations
- Lead the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events
- Create compelling funding proposals and presentations tailored to potential donors
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify funding opportunities and align fundraising goals with organizational objectives
- Manage a portfolio of major donors and steward relationships to ensure long-term support
- Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Mentor and develop the fundraising team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, development, or sales with a focus on healthcare or non-profit sector
- Proven track record of securing significant funding through major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring fundraising teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans and campaigns
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape and donor community
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including hospital leadership, donors, and community partners
