Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the organization's overarching Digital and AI roadmap to align with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the identification, pilot, and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize operational workflows and service delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of major digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance and security frameworks to support AI initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to the digital team, fostering a culture of excellence and agility.
- Monitor global technology trends to proactively identify opportunities for competitive advantage and social impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership, with a strong focus on digital transformation and AI implementation.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale technology projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud computing (Azure/AWS), and modern data architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical executive leadership.
- Experience in the social service or education sector is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
