Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual F&B marketing strategies that align with regional brand goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to boost guest acquisition.
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and F&B Directors to launch new restaurant concepts and seasonal menu promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure Accor’s F&B offerings remain industry leaders.
- Manage the F&B marketing budget, optimizing spend across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion, engagement) to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with PR and communications teams to elevate the brand presence of our F&B outlets in local and international media.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a management role within the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands in a highly competitive market.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO, SEM, and CRM strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and creative agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
