- Implement and roll out Enterprise Risk Management Framework across FPL Group and its subsidiaries
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks that may impact business objectives
- Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures, and control frameworks
- Partner with various departments to embed risk management into business processes
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare comprehensive risk reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness
- Stay updated on emerging risks and industry trends to proactively address challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or CRM is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience working in multinational corporations with overseas subsidiaries
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools
