Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily operational workflows for the new medical centre, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop and implement innovative healthcare delivery models.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and talent development initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency within the facility.
- Represent the medical centre in cross-functional strategic planning committees and community engagement initiatives.
- Analyze key performance metrics to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
- Ensure smooth transition and integration of new technologies into the clinical environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related clinical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive management experience within a healthcare or clinical hospital environment.
- Proven track record in project management, specifically in commissioning or scaling up new healthcare facilities.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape, regulatory frameworks, and MOH guidelines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodology is highly advantageous.
