Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Are you a visionary leader ready to redefine the future of patient care? The National University Health System (NUHS) is embarking on an ambitious journey to establish a world-class medical centre in the heart of Tengah, Singapore’s pioneering 'forest town'. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to join our #TeamTengah leadership group and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy of this state-of-the-art facility.

As an Assistant Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and frontline execution. You will be instrumental in designing clinical workflows, fostering an innovative culture, and ensuring our healthcare services are seamlessly integrated into the sustainable, smart-city ecosystem of Tengah. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects that harmonize cutting-edge medical technology with nature-centric healthcare delivery.

You will thrive in this role if you are a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to patient-centric care. Join us in building a legacy of excellence and reimagine what a forest oasis medical centre can achieve for the community.

  • Lead and oversee daily operational workflows for the new medical centre, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop and implement innovative healthcare delivery models.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and talent development initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency within the facility.
  • Represent the medical centre in cross-functional strategic planning committees and community engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth transition and integration of new technologies into the clinical environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related clinical field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive management experience within a healthcare or clinical hospital environment.
  • Proven track record in project management, specifically in commissioning or scaling up new healthcare facilities.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape, regulatory frameworks, and MOH guidelines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodology is highly advantageous.
