The Assistant Director will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring optimal functionality, safety compliance, and efficient resource allocation. You will work closely with faculty, researchers, and students to create an environment that fosters scientific excellence and innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple research laboratories within the Mechanical Engineering school
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage laboratory budgets, procurement of equipment and supplies
- Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment calibration, and technical support
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
- Supervise laboratory staff and student workers
- Collaborate with faculty and researchers to support research projects
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations management
- Demonstrated experience with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration
- Budget management and procurement experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
