Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities of the engineering and maintenance staff to ensure peak performance.
- Oversee the execution of preventative maintenance programs for all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Manage capital projects, property renovations, and facility improvements while strictly adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental health standards.
- Coordinate closely with other department heads to ensure minimal disruption to guest services during technical operations.
- Develop and implement energy conservation strategies to reduce the property’s carbon footprint and operational costs.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of facility repairs, equipment warranties, and utility consumption data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in facilities management or engineering, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end property environment.
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development.
- Deep understanding of building automation systems (BAS), fire life safety systems, and modern hospitality facility management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
