In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with the Director of Engineering to oversee the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and strategic infrastructure management of our high-profile facilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Director of Engineering in managing daily operations, technical service protocols, and facility maintenance programs.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and technicians to ensure high-performance standards and professional development.
- Oversee the implementation of energy conservation strategies and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Manage capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, vendor selection, and project scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all critical building systems and infrastructure.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management or engineering operations, preferably in a premium environment.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in building management systems (BMS), HVAC, and MEP infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, and environmental sustainability standards in Singapore.
