Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations including kitchen, bar, and service areas
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability
- Train and mentor F&B staff on service standards, safety protocols, and brand excellence
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics
- Create innovative menus and promotions aligned with fitness and wellness concepts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years F&B management experience in luxury or resort settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
